CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Vacuuming: To maintain the rug's appearance, avoid using a beater bar when vacuuming. Instead, set your vacuum's beater bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting to prevent damage to the rug.

• Stain Removal: For immediate stain removal, treat spills and stains promptly with a mild detergent. Thoroughly rinse the area, then gently blot to dry. Prompt action helps prevent lasting damage to your rug.

• Rotation: Rotate your rug every several months to ensure even wear and tear. This prevents localized damage and ensures the rug lasts longer.

RUG PAD RECOMMENDATION:

For best results, we recommend the use of a rug pad, especially when placed on hard surfaces like wood or tile flooring. A rug pad provides added comfort underfoot and helps improve the rug's life by stabilizing the rug and reducing movement. Rug pads are sold separately.

SHIPPING AND PREPARATION:

Your rug will arrive factory rolled or folded, which may cause some creases due to packaging and storage. These creases usually flatten out within 3-7 days. To remove creases, roll the rug pattern-side up and massage the creases with your hands for a smooth finish.
